mobality.io provides TikTok content posting services from United States-based mobile devices. We post content on behalf of our users to help them reach American audiences through location-based algorithm optimization.

3. Account Credentials

To use our Service, you must provide your TikTok account credentials. By providing these credentials, you:

  • Confirm that you are the rightful owner of the account
  • Authorize us to access and post content on your behalf
  • Understand that we will log in from US-based mobile devices
  • Accept responsibility for all content posted through our Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Service to post content that:

  • Violates TikTok's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains malware, spam, or deceptive content
  • Promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities

5. Payment and Billing

Our Service is billed at $30 per TikTok account per month. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

mobality.io is not responsible for any actions taken by TikTok against your account, including but not limited to suspensions, bans, or content removal. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
